How the parts fit together. The audit log only ever gains rows.

For staff

• Houses, rooms, and beds, with a live bed board.
• Weekly rent billing: invoices, payments, late fees, deposits, payment plans, QuickBooks export.
• Chores from templates with automatic rotation, including monthly jobs pinned to a specific Sunday. A missed chore feeds the warning ladder on its own.
• Curfew per house and per resident. Violations detected nightly. A 1 AM Friday curfew belongs to Friday night, and the system knows it.
• Drug tests with schedules, random draws, and a 14-panel substance list.
• Incidents, case notes, and checklists: notes that can be corrected but never deleted, plus intake and discharge checklists.
• Six staff roles. A house manager can see that a resident is paid up. She never sees a dollar amount.

For residents

• Their chores for today, private and house chat, a community photo feed, the house documents, reminders, and passes.
• Grievances that only an administrator can see. A house manager cannot tell one was filed.

Records and security

• An audit log the app's own database account cannot edit or delete. Every change to a resident's record goes into it, and each entry carries a SHA-256 hash of the one before it, so tampering breaks the chain in a way you can prove.
• The audit log stores how long a case note was. Never the note.
• Social security numbers and government IDs are encrypted before they reach the database.
• Nightly audit export to write-once storage with a 7-year retention lock.
• Built to HIPAA standards. Business Associate Agreement available.
• Over 1,400 automated tests.
