Post every day without hiring anyone.
You drop footage in a folder. An editor cuts it into clips. A scheduler posts one a day to YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and TikTok. Every Monday you get a report on what moved. One flat monthly number instead of a full-time hire. Still in development.
How a week runs. You are only in it twice: dropping footage, and approving if you want to.
What it does
- Watches a shared folder for your raw footage. Phone video is fine.
- An editor cuts vertical clips with captions burned in. Every clip is checked for the right size, length, and format before it can be scheduled.
- Posts one clip per platform per day inside a posting window you choose, in your time zone.
- Optional approval step: nothing goes out until you tap approve. Turn it off when you trust the queue.
- Pulls views, likes, comments, shares, and follower counts nightly and keeps every snapshot. Nothing is overwritten.
- Monday morning report: this week against last week per platform, your top three clips, the one that flopped, follower change, and what is scheduled for the coming week.
How it works
- You connect your own YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok accounts. You can disconnect any of them from that platform's settings at any time.
- Instagram Reels requires a Business or Creator account linked to a Facebook Page. Setup includes getting that in place.
- TikTok posting is staged for one-tap approval until TikTok approves the account for automatic posting. Nothing is posted to TikTok that a person did not tap.
- Your footage, clips, and numbers live in their own storage, isolated from every other client. Your editor sees only your footage.
- The only human in the loop is the editor, paid per clip. You can bring your own editor or use one from Watson Tech.
Pricing
One setup fee, then a flat monthly for one brand across three platforms. Both numbers are quoted in writing before anything starts. Editing is billed per clip at cost on the same invoice, and the editor's rate is agreed in writing before the first clip.
Month to month. Cancel any time and take your clips and your numbers with you.
